Order Confirmations
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping Methods and Charges

UK Delivery

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – FREE with all orders. Delivery typically within 2 business days.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £5.95. Delivery typically next business day.

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery – £11.95. Guaranteed next-day delivery by 1:00 PM.

International Delivery

  • Standard International – FREE with all orders. Delivery typically within 4 to 12 business days.

  • Express International – £14.95. Delivery typically within 2 to 5 business days.

Important: Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM to qualify for same-day dispatch for Next Day Delivery. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed and shipped the next working day.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. Belmonde is not responsible for these charges, and they are the customer’s responsibility.

Orders Placed After 3:00 PM
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched on the following working day.

Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost or undelivered, please notify us as soon as possible so we can contact our courier and investigate the issue.
